Orders and Purchase of Products

You agree that your order is an offer to purchase the product(s) listed in your order to us on the Terms. You agree that an order is engaging in a contract with Attribute Studios Limited. All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability.

Items that are placed in your shopping basket are not reserved, meaning that they may be purchased by other customers during this time. In the event that we care unable to fulfil your order we will notify you at the earliest opportunity. We may also choose not to accept your order at our discretion and for any reason. In this event we will inform you immediately however we may reserve the right not to give you full disclosure as to the reasoning behind this.

As part of our legal duty to you we will supply goods that conform with their description (written or visual) on The Website. In the event of errors in accuracy of this information we will attempt to correct this information at the earliest opportunity.

Attribute Studios Ltd reserve the right to refuse an order at our discretion. This refusal may include cancelled, suspending or unwinding any transaction previously accepted. In the event of this happening we will inform you as soon as possible although we reserve the right not to divulge all the information behind our decision.

Prices

Prices show on the website, regardless of the currency in which is it show, are inclusive of VAT. These prices remain valid as advertised however they are subject to change. Prices accepted as part of an order are valid for the duration of this order alone and will not constitute an offer for any future orders. While a price may appear in a currency other than Pounds (GBP) the final payment will be made in GBP. This GBP rate may vary based on current exchange rate fluctuations. This GBP rate will be calculated at the point of processing a payment and may have altered between visits to the site or from when items were added to the basket.

Prices show exclude delivery charge, which will be added during the basket processing process. Any charges levied by your credit card will be done so under your agreement with them.

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. Payments will be authorised once your order has been completed on the website prior to shipping. Once a payment is authorised we will process your order and ship it as quickly as possible.

By entering the details you are confirming that the credit or debit card, or PayPal account, is yours, or that you have been authorised by the owner of the card to make the payment. Attribute Studios Ltd will not be responsible for any payments made by you without the authorisation of the credit card owner.

Credit and debit cards payments will me managed by our payment services provider. This is a third party, secure tool that manages the card details and authorises the payment. This means that Attribute Studio Ltd do not have access to you credit card details.

For your security, Attribute.London uses fraud prevention measures. This may result in a payment not being authorised or in that our fraud prevention team may suspend an order until further information is provided.

Please note that the only time credit card information will be requested is at the point of payment via the secure payment services provider tools. At no point will any member of staff request credit or debit card details, nor paypal login passwords, either by email or by telephone. Insurance and Delivery

Attribute.London has partnered with Carousel Logistics and DHL to fulfil and deliver your order.

At the point of shipment, we will send you tracking number by email and subsequently an SMS to confirm delivery to the address given at the point of order. If you have experienced a change in delivery address after placing an order please contact us directly on info@attribute.london and make sure that you include the order number in question.

Each shipment is insured to the value of the goods based on the delivery destination given at the point of order placement.

Delivery may require a signature in order for the goods to be handed over to you. Failure to do this may result in the goods being returned to Attribute Studios Ltd. Please be aware however that the shipment will not be a named delivery service, meaning that the package will be delivered to whoever is present at the address to accept the shipment. If you have requested shipment to an address where there may be more than one person there to accept the shipment such as an office or shared home address, then you will be responsible for any lost deliveries made to this address. So please make sure that you nominate a delivery address that is secure.

Deliveries will be made between Monday and Friday, accept in the case where a special delivery option has been selected. No deliveries are made on public holidays.

Attribute.London use DHL’s express shipping service for UK domestic deliveries. These will take up to 2 days depending on your proximity to a major city.

The quickest way to check a shipments status will be using the tracking link provided to you. You can find a copy of this link in the “my accounts” section of the website.

UK shipments cost £6.50. International shipments vary and will be shown at the point of check out.

Returns

You are welcome to return any order from Attribute.London within 14 days of delivery. It is vitally important that you complete the following steps to ensure that your return and subsequent refund is returned. Failure to do so may result in the return being ineligible and may result in loss of refund. Please follow these carefully.

UK returns

UK returns are free. In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below carefully. Failure to do so may result in a delay or rejection of your return and subsequent refund.

Please be aware however that the shipment will not be a named delivery service, meaning that the package will be delivered to whoever is present at the address to accept the shipment. If you have requested shipment to an address where there may be more than one person there to accept the shipment such as an office or shared home address, then you will be responsible for any lost deliveries made to this address. So please make sure that you nominate a delivery address that is secure.

Step 1: Ensure that the product is in perfect order and that you have all original packaging. If the product or packaging is missing, scuffed, damaged or in anyway different that when shipped your refund may be rejected.

Step 2: Request your RMA number. This number can be generated in two ways.

  • Email us at customerservice@attribute.london with details of your order including the order number and item(s) you wish to return
  • Attribute's customer service team will check that your order is eligable for return and falls within our 14 day returns period
  • On successful completion, Attribute's customer service team will email you a returns number
  • Add this returns number to the returns documentation found in your original delivery
  • Check that the item you wish to return is in perfect order and complete with boxes, protective plastic on the soles (where applicable) and dust bag
  • Please note that if the shoe box, dust bag or protective plastic sole cover is removed you may be ineligable for a refund
  • Pack everything into a cardboard box or other appropriate shipping carton
  • Apply the stickers to the package and seal, ready for shipment
  • Find your local DHL drop off point online at http://parcel.dhl.co.uk/dhl-service-point/find-your-nearest or call DHL to arrange a collection on 0844 248 0828 
  • The address for returns must be marked clearly as:
