Attribute.London has partnered with DHL to fulfil and deliver your order.

At the point of shipment, we will send you tracking number by email and subsequently an SMS to confirm delivery to the address given at the point of order. If you have experienced a change in delivery address after placing an order please contact us directly on [email protected] and make sure that you include the order number in question.

Each shipment is insured to the value of the goods based on the delivery destination given at the point of order placement.

Delivery may require a signature in order for the goods to be handed over to you. Failure to do this may result in the goods being returned to Attribute Studios Ltd. Please be aware however that the shipment will not be a named delivery service, meaning that the package will be delivered to whoever is present at the address to accept the shipment. If you have requested shipment to an address where there may be more than one person there to accept the shipment such as an office or shared home address, then you will be responsible for any lost deliveries made to this address. So please make sure that you nominate a delivery address that is secure.

Deliveries will be made between Monday and Friday, accept in the case where a special delivery option has been selected. No deliveries are made on public holidays.

Attribute.London use DHL’s express shipping service for UK domestic deliveries. These will take up to 2 days depending on your proximity to a major city.

The quickest way to check a shipments status will be using the tracking link provided to you. You can find a copy of this link in the “my accounts” section of the website.

UK shipments cost £6. International shipments vary and will be shown at the point of check out.


You are welcome to return any order from Attribute.London within 14 days of delivery. It is vitally important that you complete the following steps to ensure that your return and subsequent refund is returned. Failure to do so may result in the return being ineligible and may result in loss of refund. Please follow these carefully.

UK Returns

UK returns are free. In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below carefully. Failure to do so may result in a delay or rejection of your return and subsequent refund.

Step 1: Ensure that the product is in perfect order and that you have all original packaging. If the product or packaging is missing, scuffed, damaged or in anyway different that when shipped your refund may be rejected.

Step 2: Request your RMA number. This number can be generated in three ways.

Online: Log into “My Account” at Attribute.London website

  • Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
  • Find the item and click “return”. If this button is missing it is because the item is not eligible for returns
  • Outline the reason for the return or exchange. In the event of an exchange, please select the new size requested.
  • Click “generate RMA” and you will be given your RMA number

By Email: Email us at [email protected] making sure to include:

  • The order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • New size request for an exchange
  • Your RMA will be sent to you by email

By Phone: Call Attribute on +44 20 3637 0000. Please keep the following information at hand:

  • Order number
  • Item numbers that you wish to return / exchange
  • The reason for the return / exchange
  • The new size required in the event of an exchange request

Step 3: Add your RMA to the paperwork found within the box

Step 4: Package the product and all original packaging in a way suitable for shipping. Note: If something is missing your return will be rejected or held until all parts are sent.

Step 5: Add the enclosed DHL shipping stickers to the package

Step 6: Find your local DHL drop off point online at or call DHL to arrange a collection on 0844 248 0828

Note: You may return using your own shipper however this means that you are responsible for the goods being delivered. We cannot accept any responsibility until the goods are in our hands. In order to do this you will still need an RMA number and need to complete the paperwork.

International Returns

International returns are not free. The cost of these are listed on the DHL website and will be charged at the point of shipping.

In addition to requesting an RMA number as detailed above, all shipping documentation relating to customs must be completed prior to shipping.


Please allow 7 days for your shipment to arrive in our warehouse and another 7 days for these to be quality controlled and refund authorised.

Any refund will be sent to the original method of payment in the original currency of payment.

In the event that items returned fail to pass our quality control inspection we will email you with our decision, potentially requesting more information. If a returned items fails to quality for return, we will contact you to arrange sending the item back to you.

If the original method of payment is no longer available or it is impossible to make the payment to this method it is you responsibility to inform us with updated information before any refund is made. Failure to do so may result in the refund being made incorrectly which may cause delays in the refund reaching the final destination or complete loss or refund in some cases.

Faulty Items

In the event of an item being received faulty or damaged it is your responsibility to inform Attribute Studio Ltd within 48 hours of delivery. Wherever possible Attribute.London will seek to repair or replace the damaged item, however in the event that this is not possible we will offer a replacement of similar style and price, credit on the site or a refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights


If you wish to cancel an order once it has been processed we will endeavour to halt shipment, however if this is not possible you will need to return the goods as detailed above. Please contact [email protected] to cancel an order.
